The company’s agro-commodity portfolio comprises sugar, lentils, pulses, and rice, while its beverage portfolio includes carbonated soft drinks like Jeera Soda and Lemon Soda, and in April 2025 it further expanded into fruit-based beverages with the launch of “Fruitzzzup”, a fruit pulp-based juice brand. Distribution is carried out through a three-tier model involving the company, stockists, and distributors, as well as a direct-to-distributor model to enhance market reach and efficiency, and the IPO proceeds are proposed to be utilised for acquisition and refurbishment of leasehold warehouses, working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes.
