Meera Industries Limited, established in 2006, specializes in manufacturing textile machinery, including winding, twisting, heat-setting, and cabling machines, and also designs and develops high-performance machines for textile processing units. To strengthen customer relationships, the company provides testing facilities and after-sales support. In 2017-18, it launched a yarn twisting division to process and sell yarn. Meera Industries exports its machinery to South America, Europe, America, Africa, and Asia, and operates a wholly owned subsidiary, Meera Industries USA LLC, in North Carolina, serving Canada, the USA, and South America. Its Surat, Gujarat manufacturing unit produces textile machines and houses a DSIR-approved R&D center for product innovation and development.
