Incorporated in 1991, Devyani International Ltd is one of India’s largest quick-service restaurant (QSR) chain operators and the biggest franchisee of Yum Brands, operating 655 stores across 155 cities as of March 31, 2021. The company manages three business verticals: Core Brands, including KFC, Pizza Hut, and Costa Coffee stores in India; International Business, with stores in countries like Nepal and Nigeria; and Other Businesses, featuring its own branded outlets such as Vaango, Food Street, Masala Twist, Ile Bar, Amreli, and Ckrussh Juice Bar. Starting with a single Pizza Hut store in Jaipur, the company has expanded significantly, operating 264 KFC stores, 297 Pizza Hut stores, and 44 Costa Coffee stores in India as of March 2021.
