The company offers a diverse range of products, including large appliances such as air conditioners, televisions, washing machines, and refrigerators, along with mobile phones, small appliances, and IT products. With over 6,000 SKUs (stock-keeping units) from more than 70 renowned brands, it provides customers with extensive choices. The company operates under two business models: the ownership model, where it owns both land and buildings, and the lease rental model, where properties are leased on a long-term basis. As of August 15, 2021, out of its 99 stores, 8 were owned, 85 were leased, and 6 had a mix of ownership and leasing.
