Its business is divided into three main areas: event catering, casual dining restaurants and cloud kitchens, and banquets with integrated food and beverage services under Jade Luxury Banquets. The company has a presence in India and the UAE and has also catered events in several international locations including countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Foodlink operates 30 casual dining and cloud kitchen units across India and Dubai, along with five centralized kitchens located in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Mohali, Hyderabad, and New Delhi. As of December 31, 2024, the company had 1,235 employees.
