Incorporated in 2011, Hi-Green Carbon Limited is a waste tyre recycling company operating a fully automated continuous pyrolysis plant in Rajasthan, capable of recycling 100 MT of waste tyres per day. The company extracts recovered carbon black (rCB) and steel wires as raw materials, along with fuel oil and synthesis gas as energy components, with synthesis gas also used to produce sodium silicate (raw glass). Hi-Green Carbon is also setting up a second plant in Dhule, Maharashtra with similar capacity. The company is certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GMP and RoHS, and its products comply with REACH sustainability standards.
