K.P.I. Global Infrastructure Limited, established in 2008 and headquartered in Gujarat, is engaged in solar power generation and operates through two key business models. Under its Independent Power Producer model, the company develops, owns, and operates grid-connected solar power projects under the brand name Solarism, earning revenue through long-term Power Purchase Agreements with reputed clients such as Mafatlal Industries, Best Paper Mills, and Meghmani Organics. Alongside this, it also serves Captive Power Producer customers by developing, operating, and maintaining solar projects that generate electricity for their own consumption. Both models are supported by the company’s solar power plant in Bharuch, Gujarat, and to ensure smooth power evacuation, it has commissioned a 13.25 km long 66 KV transmission line connecting the plant to the GETCO substation at Amod.
