Incorporated in 1995, Macrotech Developers (formerly Lodha Developers) is India’s largest real estate developer, primarily focused on affordable residential projects. It has also expanded into logistics and industrial parks as well as commercial real estate since 2019. Key residential projects include Palava (Navi Mumbai), Upper Thane, Amara, Lodha Sterling, Lodha Luxuria, Crown Thane, Bel Air, Lodha Belmondo, Lodha Splendora, and Casa Maxima, which together contributed 57.77% of revenue in FY2020. The company plans an 800-acre industrial park near Palava and develops commercial spaces such as corporate offices and IT campuses. As of December 31, 2020, Macrotech has completed 91 projects covering 77.22 million sq. ft., with 59.13 million sq. ft. in affordable housing.
