Incorporated in 2019, SAR Televenture Limited is a telecom infrastructure company providing telecommunication solutions to network operators, mainly engaged in installation and commissioning of 4G and 5G towers, OFC systems, and network equipment. The company is registered as Infrastructure Provider Category I (IP-I) with the Department of Telecommunications, enabling it to lease out tower sites, outdoor small cell sites, dark fibre, duct space and other telecom assets to telecom service licensees. It also offers project management services for laying ducts and optic fibre networks, along with turnkey telecom infrastructure solutions across several states. SAR Televenture has leased over 373 towers across West Bengal, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab, and in January 2023, it acquired 100% stake of SAR Televenture FZE, UAE (formerly Shoora International FZE).
