Founded in 1997, Shivalaya Construction Limited is an infrastructure EPC company mainly focused on building roads, highways, and bridges, and has completed 41 projects across 19 states and union territories in India as of July 2025. The company has strong experience in constructing and maintaining roads, including complex structures like flyovers, elevated roads, bridges, and railway overbridges. It has built over 2,700 lane kilometers and is currently working on more than 1,500 lane kilometers across 14 ongoing projects under EPC and Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). Some of its projects are spread across states like Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Jharkhand, where a few HAM projects have already started operations. The company has a strong order book of over ₹36,000 million and is supported by a large fleet of 2,516 machines and equipment, along with a workforce of 4,440 employees, allowing it to handle multiple projects efficiently.
