Two years later, in 2019, Valencia India signed a nine-year Lease and License Agreement with an 18-month lock-in period. This lease includes a 35,000 sq. ft. club building, villas, and additional spaces such as restaurants, a gym, and a spa. Besides offering club facilities, the company hosts various events like weddings, receptions, cocktail parties, birthdays, picnics, and corporate gatherings. As of May 30, 2025, Valencia India employs 19 full-time staff members.
