Incorporated in 2010, Vivaa Tradecom Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of clothes and garments, including denim and cotton fabrics, readymade jeans for men and women, and printed cotton fabrics. The company acquired a readymade garments business from Parikh Impex Private Limited in 2013 and operated both manufacturing and trading activities until 2022, when it sold its manufacturing unit to Globe Textiles (India) Ltd and shifted focus entirely to trading. In March 2023, Vivaa expanded into the furniture segment by partnering with Rushil Décor Limited to distribute VIR and Prelam MDF Boards across multiple Indian states. Its clientele includes Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd., Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., Lajja Polyfab Pvt. Ltd., Nandan Denim Limited, Bajaj Impex, and Reliance Retail Limited.
