HP Telecom India Limited, founded in March 2011, began as a distributor of mobile phones and accessories and later expanded by securing exclusive rights for Sony LED TVs, mobiles, and other electronics in Gujarat during FY 2014–15. Over time, it diversified into LCD/LED home theatres, air conditioners, and various appliances, eventually becoming the exclusive distributor of Apple products—including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple Watches—across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, select cities in Uttar Pradesh, and major urban centres in Gujarat. As of September 30, 2024, the company employed 7 permanent and 84 contractual staff members.
