The company offers Neapolitan-style pizza made with fresh ingredients along with a range of soups, salads, pasta, bread, desserts, and options for vegetarians and gluten-free customers. Its restaurants are family-friendly, ISO 22000:2018 certified, and operate through both company-owned and franchise outlets, with 21 stores across 16 cities in India as of March 31, 2024. In addition to the food business, the company trades agricultural products such as wheat, rice, tomatoes, and onions, sourcing quality products from trusted suppliers. To expand internationally, Neopolitan Pizza has also invested USD 87,500 in its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary, Neoindian Pizza Inc.
