PEPL has a diversified presence across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail segments, with a hospitality portfolio comprising operating, ongoing, and upcoming assets. As of December 31, 2024, the portfolio includes seven operating hotels with 1,445 keys (including one under renovation with 190 keys), three ongoing projects with 951 expected keys, and nine upcoming projects with 1,558 anticipated keys, located in major cities such as Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Goa, Hyderabad, and Chennai. As of December 2024, the company employed 1,638 permanent staff.
