Founded in 2015, Sterlite Electric Ltd is a manufacturer of capital goods and a provider of system integration solutions for the power transmission and distribution sector. The company operates in four key areas—overhead conductors, power cables, optical ground wire (OPGW), and master system integration (MSI) services. Its products include a wide range of conductors and medium to extra-high voltage cables up to 220kV, along with grid modernization solutions. Sterlite Electric serves customers in over 70 countries, including the USA, Brazil, and UAE, with manufacturing facilities in Odisha, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Uttarakhand. As of March 2025, the company employed 432 permanent staff and 1,815 contract workers.
