Valencia India Limited, established in 2017, is a diverse business group operating both in India and internationally. The company is actively involved in the real estate and construction sector, where it focuses on building residential apartments, bungalows, malls, multiplexes, commercial spaces, and office buildings. Beyond real estate, it also deals in the global export and import of food and non-food items, offering dependable services worldwide. Additionally, Valencia India trades in FMCG products, agricultural goods, and dairy commodities, mainly catering to markets in the Middle East. The company has also made its mark in the hospitality industry by operating a resort and club. In 2017, it took over the operations and maintenance of a club that was previously known as Valencia Country Club Pvt. Ltd., although there was no formal agreement with the former operator, Basil Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. Two years later, in 2019, Valencia India signed a nine-year Lease and License Agreement with an 18-month lock-in period. This lease includes a 35,000 sq. ft. club building, villas, and additional spaces such as restaurants, a gym, and a spa.
